French works and lives on Kauai and has been the recipient of numerous grants and fellowships including The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts Individual Artists Fellowship, National Endowment for the Arts Artists’ Project Grant and the Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibits Artists’ Project Grant.
